Currently fundraising €200K to further develop The Reel8 App - an initiative of the One King foundation based in The Netherlands. Reel8 is pronounced as 'Relate' and aims to become a ground-breaking Christian social media app that gives empowerment to it's users and builds a Kingdòm economy. ELEVATE HACKNEY
Community project in training & recruitment
Developed this entrepreneurship and employability training program in 2017 and delivered it over 6 months working with 50 indiviudals from hard-to-reach backgrounds who were unemployed and living in Hackney and Tower-Hamletts East London, England. We achieved 19 job-outcomes, helping to place 19 individuals into full-time jobs. We worked with a number of Delivery Partners and various employers across different sectors.
MONEY MATTERS
Monthly talks to educate on Finance
We designed a curriculum and pioneered this training initiative to help and equip people in the community on money management and finance. We teamed up with specialists in the field to deliver cutting-edge TED-style presentations that will be memorable, inspiring, engaging, thought-provoking and practical.
WOMAN ARISE
Helping women to start new businesses
This was an intiative of the Dominion Training Institute based in the Netherlands. In 2017, Tinaye collaborated with Dr Romero Maridjan to design and deliver 2 intensive training programs working with more than 70 women to help develop their business ideas and entrepeneurial skills. Content covered included training on developing revenue streams and business systems, as well as looking at how they could use their existing skills to design a product or service offering.
